MCL Land and CSC Land Group to preview Elta on Feb 7 with prices from $1.158 mil
The housing property’s showflat along Prince Charles Crescent will definitely showcase 3 designs: a two-bedroom plus study that can be transformed into a compact three-bedroom, a four-bedroom dual-key unit, and a five-bedroom unit serving multi-generational living.
Schools in the vicinity include Clementi Primary School, Pei Tong Primary School, Nan Hua Primary and High School, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and NUS High School of Math and Science.
Elta is slated to get its temporary occupation permit in 2028.
The 99-year leasehold development sits on a land spot of approximately 144,788 sq ft. Found along Clementi Avenue 1, the condo comprises 2 39-storey residence establishments.
Indicative pricing for the units begins with $1.158 million ($ 2,289 psf) for one-bedroom plus study units, $1.388 million ($ 2,261 psf) for two-bedroom units and $2.198 million ($ 2,374 psf) for three-bedroom units. Indicative rates for 4 and five-bedroom units will most likely start from $2.798 million ($ 2,363 psf) and $3.888 million ($$ 2,189 psf) each.

MCL Land and CSC Land Team are set to reveal Elta, a 501-unit residential development located in Clementi. The residence is going to open up for preview from Feb 7, with public sales to start on Feb 22.
Units at the project include one-bedroom-plus-study units to five-bedroom units. The units vary from 506 sq ft to 1,776 sq ft in dimension. According to the joint developers, Elta will most likely be constructed according to URA’s harmonisation requirements.
“Clementi is a popular, dynamic city which seamlessly mixes typical stores and fashionable features that incorporate ease to the neighborhood,” adds Qian Liang Zhong, chairman of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Corporation (CCDC). CCDC is the parent business of CSC Land Group.
The property is inside walking proximity of Clementi MRT Terminal on the East-West Line. It is also near to restaurant and shopping options such as The Clementi Mall, 321 Clementi and Grantral Shopping Mall.
Lee Tong Voon, Chief Executive Officer of MCL Land, states: “Elta is created to provide elevated living, with its skyscraper skyscrapers logically oriented to provide the very best scenery of the metropolitan area, Pandan Reservoir and the sea.”
The new residential development is going to include 50 amenities covering across five zones such as a 50-metre swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court and gardening corner.
