Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties
The collaboration currently has a collection of 17 hotels in Singapore, five in Australia and three in the UK. The resorts are under brand names just like MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.
Worldwide hospitality member Accor has already inked a contract with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open 2 new-build real estates that will house three hotels. All 3 resorts will be available by 2027.
“These brand-new real estates are going to enable us to continue curating enriching experiences for our guests and further diversify our hospitality offerings in Singapore,” adds Fragrance Group’s Koh.
The confirmings for the three new hotels are the latest in Accor’s established alliance with Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels, the two of that are acquired by Koh Wee Meng, chairman of Fragrance Group.

The other estate, situated at Waterloo Street, are going to be the location of a new hotel following the Handwritten Collection Brand. The 502-key building is the 2nd in Singapore under the Handwritten Collection brand, adhering to the release of Hotel Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.

Some of the 2 new real estates stands at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It is going to house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the largest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific region. It is going to additionally house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key accommodation targeted at tourists seeking extended stays.
