Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
Coliwoo has already launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Road. The brand name, a co-living branch within the realty management solutions group LHN Group, disclosed in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.
Chong Ching Yeng, primary commercial officer of Coliwoo, claims that the brand is thrilled to broaden its co-living profile throughout the metro edge complying with the introduction of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the need amongst students and functioning professionals for lasting yet flexible stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang flaunts comfort and convenience without jeopardizing on top quality, particularly via its top area in the center of Pasir Panjang.”

The Pasir Panjang Road property extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Previously the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the team obtained the home vacant.
Coliwoo plans to open extra co-living real estates in different areas next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Avenue and Arab Avenue.
The brand-new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km starting with Curtin University. Positioned for convenience, it is a brief trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD by means of Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Highway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location even supplies closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
